Pittsy’s Picks Week 2 2013 Season
I only missed two picks last week and one of those I said was a “might” win. The other was the hapless Beavers of Oregon St. crapping the bed. For the record, I picked Clemson to win when most didn’t. I really like that QB Taj. Anyway, week one is always pretty easy to predict so let’s try week two. (All times Pacific Standard Time which is the only time that matters.)
9am (13) OK ST @ UTSA Okie Staters roll. What is a UTSA anyway?
9am (12) Florida @ Miami (fl) I think Florida is a little overrated at #12. The Criminals give em all they can handle at home but Gators end up winning.
9am Eastern Kentucky @ (8) Louisville Red birds win again because I even I could win all by myself against Eastern K.
9am Tenn Tech @ (21) Wisconsin Badgers win by a lot. In fact, they should be where the gators are and vice versa.
9am SE Louisiana @ (24) TCU Hornie Frogs hop back on track this week in a big way.
9:30am S. Carolina St. @ (4) Clemson Taj continues his Heisman campaign and runs it up this week.
12:30pm (2) Oregon @ Virginia Oregon faces a little tougher opponent this week in the Virgins but should still be able to roll up the hapless Cavs.
12:30pm San Diego St @ (3) Ohio St. Aztecs get ruined in the shoe. but I still think OSU is overrated and will get exposed. Just not this week.
12:30pm Buffalo @ (23) Baylor Baylor Bears cause it’s fun to say. Just try. Go ahead. 3 times fast. See!
1:30pm (6) South Carolina @ (11) Georgia Sorry Bulldogs, Cocks are too hard this week dropping you to 0 – done.
3pm Syracuse @ (19) Northwestern If Cuse was at home they might won this one. But they aren’t so they don’t
3pm Southern Miss @ (22) Nebraska Huskers did not look focused in their opener last week. They bounce back though and hopefully stay healthy enough to beat the bRuins next week.
4pm West Virginia @ (16) Oklahoma A battle to see who has the most teeth. Boomer Sooner over the backwood boys.
4pm (15) Texas @ BYU The Mormons lost a heartbreaker to Virginia last week but the defense can be stingy. Not nearly stingy enough for the high powered Bevo machine.
4pm Sam Houston St @ (7) Texas A&M Hopefully Johnny Foozeball can shut his mouth long enough to actually play more than a quarter this week. Even if he doesn’t Aggies are too much for Yosemite Sammies.
4pm UAB @ (9) LSU Tigers puff the magic Dragons.
5pm (14) Notre Dame @ (17) Michigan My game of the week! I like the Red Dawners at home to knock the marshmallows outta the Lucky Charms!
7:30pm WASH ST. @ (25) USC The Leake led Cougs gave Auburn all they could handle last week and I expect them to do it again this week. Trojans should win it at home but this games scares me!
8pm San Jose St @ (5) Stanford The Trees will win by a lot.
